Electrical

A £20 million refurbishment of the world-renowned Bartlett School of Architecture, University College London formally opened by HRH Princess Anne.

The Bartlett refurbishment included demolishing one floor of the building and adding another two, to give eight storeys in total. The floor-plate of the existing building was increased to almost double the size, 8500 m2 in total.

Jarrards worked in conjunction with Vaughan Group to successfully deliver the electrical aspect of the project. The project consisted of 40 electricians supervised by a team of on site project managers.
